Important Things to Know
- Lots will be sold on a first come first served basis.
- The village will require a certified cheque for the entire amount to complete the transaction. No lots will be held with a deposit.
- Maximum 2 lot acquisition per purchaser or immediate family.
- Those purchasers wishing to use legal services will cover all transfer costs. Those wishing to have the village transfer title will be expected to pay the land title transfer and registration costs with ISC (approx. $50.00).
- Power and telephone is available in the development area. Water and sewer are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- All purchasers will sign a development agreement (to be filed on title) which allows 24 months from date of purchase to complete a housing development.
- No mobile homes will be approved for the area. Houses must be a minimum of 750 square feet. No accessory buildings approved prior to principle residence being built. All development requires a building permit obtainable from the village.
